Applications are accepted on a first come, first serve basis. Please include the following:
1. A completed Think Tank Application form (View Application Page). Please specify the semester you are applying for.
2. Proof that you are 19 years of age (photocopy of passport or drivers license) or have graduated from high school. A valid passport is required for International Students.
3. A non-refundable $100.00 application fee.
4. A letter of recommendation, preferably from an instructor or academic advisor.
5. Transcripts from any secondary or post-secondary institutions attended in the last 5 yrs (if you have studied in the past five years).
6. A two to three paragraph statement outlining your motivation for applying to our program.
7. A visual art "portfolio" of your work that includes drawings or paintings and any relevant 2D or 3D computer work: 5 to 10 different pieces.
